History Channel Update 

We had what I consider a successful visit with the film crew from the History Channel.

We both got to present the gospel to the camera multiple times and also able to present scripture over and over.

In fact the producer gave me complement in that I kept saying that it isn't me who's opinion that I am quoting, but that of God's Word. We showed that bible prophecy is coming to pass and that we are living in the last days of the last days. If anything we were able to be strong witnesses  to the History Channel Crew.

 When they were leaving I gave all of them a signed copy of my book, the Chick track " This Was Your Life"  and a Gideon's New Testament that had our contact info and a nice inscription that Tracye wrote for each one.

One final thing, at the end of Sunday's shoot I was just talking to the producer and telling him my hope for the show and how I hope that it comes off when it airs. I was explaining to him the need for Jesus in the lives of so many who are hopeless.

He was loving what I was saying, and one of the camera guys was rolling. So He asked me to tell the camera / the people this. "Look right in the camera and tell the folks what you just said."

 Well I did and I guess it was pretty powerful. I vaguely remember what I said, it was just off the cuff. When I finished, the camera guy said "Whoa…. You got to me" and it looked like he wiped a tear from his eye.

He said that he felt like my eyes were looking right into him and said that it was a great shot.

This experience was very positive and enjoyable. We really liked getting to know the crew and sharing our lives with them.

There wasn't anything faked, staged or put on. It really was Tracye and I and the life we lead.

We gained respect from all of the crew, but primarily the field producer, he really liked how Tracye and I were truly genuine.

I strike all of this what took place over the past three days as continued answered prayer. We always tried to keep in the forefront that we were ambassadors of the Lord and tried to show who we were as well as maintain humble compassion not only to the crew but to those we hope watch the show.

To all of you who kept us in prayer this past few days, a big thank you. Tracye and I truly felt the Lord lifting us up and giving us the right words to say. We could not have done it without your prayers and supplications.

If anything, we were able to be a positive example for three new friends we got to know, while working together filming a documentary.
